4. Test method:

Manual clamping stop valve

A. Tightening the valve core according to the specification of torque, filling with N2, the pressure is 2.94Mpa (R22), 3.45MPa (R407), 4.15MPa (R410), in the condition of no bonnet and union nut, placed in water for 3min , no bubble overflow in all parts of the valve body.

B. Place the valve core at the center position, the torque according to the specifications, tighten the nuts, fill in N2, the pressure is 2.94Mpa (R22), 3.45MPa (R407), 4.15MPa (R410), hold pressure in water for 3min, observe whether there is bubble overflow around the valve body. (Equipment operation process: press the start button, the internal pressure of the product reaches the set pressure, the cylinder landing, start holding pressure and timing, when the holding prerssure time is up, the sound and light alarm of the equipment reminds the cylinder to drive the product up and automatically exhaust)
