1. Scope of application:

The main control system of high-pressure water strength test device and high-pressure gas flow rate simulation test device is suitable for pressure resistance and air tightness test of various high-pressure pipeline components, valves, related pressure containers, and special containers according to the customer (Pneumatic pressure upper limit 150MPa, hydraulic pressure upper limit 700MPa)

2. Equipment introduction:

The test system is divided into two parts: hydraulic system and pneumatic system, and two control modes: computer full digital control and manual control, users can select the appropriate control method according to the actual situation, system hydraulic pressurization adopts gas drive boosting technology, in the case of automatic control, set the corresponding test target pressure and boost rate, the system can automatically boost, hold and then boost or relieve the pressure, the pressure control adopts imported gas controlled pressure reducing valve to control pressurization or depressurization, the test process can be accurately controlled all the time, data acquisition adopts imported high-frequency high-precision pressure sensor for sampling, which effectively ensures the stability of the system, accurate test pressure, good repeatability, simple operation, etc., test pressure curve, real-time pressure value, boost time and dwell time are displayed directly on the monitor. The system has high accuracy and reliability.

Hydraulic pressure range: 0.5-70Mpa

Working medium: Distilled or deionized water

Pressurization mode: Gas drive liquid boosting pump+ gas controlled high pressure reducing valve

Automatic pressure control mode: Low pressure electrical proportional valve control (0.05-0.8MPa)

Manual control: Manual low pressure gas pressure reducing valve control (0.05-0.8MPa)

Boost rate: 0-2MPa/s

Constant pressure control accuracy: ±1% F.S

Pressure output: 1 channel 0.5-25MPa; 2 channel 25-70 MPa (Driving gas pressure: 0.55MPa, output: 70MPa)

Pressure sensor accuracy: ±0.25% F.S

5. Technical parameters of pneumatic system

Pneumatic pressure range: 0.5-15Mpa (Depending on nitrogen bottle pressure)

Working medium: 12-20MPa high pressure gas (Nitrogen or dry compressed air)

Pressurization mode: Gas control pressure reducing valve

Automatic pressure control mode: low voltage electrical proportional valve control (0.05-0.8MPa)

Manual control: manual low pressure gas pressure reducing valve control (0.05-0.8MPa)

Boost rate: 0-2MPa/s

Constant pressure control accuracy: ±1% F.S

Pressure output: 1 channel pressure output

Pressure sensor range: 0-15 MPa

Pressure sensor accuracy: ±0.25% F.S

6. The gas/liquid test system can independently control the pressure and simultaneously carry out experiments to improve work efficiency.
