Sealability, pressure impulse performance(gas impulse),pressure resistance burst test, vibration test

3.2 Turbocharger hose:

Vibration durability, air tightness, pressure resistance, burst, PVT, and pressure durability test.

3.3 Intake manifold:

Fatigue impulse, positive and negative pressure impulse, air tightness, pressure resistance, burst, vacuum, vibration test.

3.4 Air Filter:

Assembly original air intake resistance / pressure loss / pressure drop test; Original filtration efficiency test; Assembly full life filtration efficiency, Assembly ash storage capacity / assembly laboratory life test;
