1. Electrical performance parameters:

a. Voltage: 180 ~ 650VDC

b. Current: 0~60A

The above voltage and current are provided by the DC stabilized power supply. According to the test requirements, manually adjust the power supply voltage of the DC stabilized power supply, the power supply voltage and output current, the voltage transformer and the current transformer (voltage and current sensors) need to be collected separately, and the data values are fed back to the upper computer display interface in real time. The above DC power supply is provided by Party A, and other matters are completed by Party B.

c. Power: The power value is calculated according to the reported data of the voltage sensor and the current sensor; (the current uses the effective value), calculated by the lower computer according to the W=UI formula, and the data is displayed on the display interface of the upper computer.

2. Test liquid medium parameters

a. Working fluid inlet temperature: -30 °C ~ 80 °C, the working fluid temperature can be set in the display interface of the upper computer, the temperature display resolution is ±0.01 °C, and the temperature control accuracy requirement of the sample inlet is ±1 °C (preferably ±0.5 °C), measurement accuracy is +/-0.05 °C

b. Working fluid outlet temperature: It is necessary to use a high-precision temperature sensor to collect the outlet temperature. The temperature data needs to be displayed in the display interface of the upper computer. The display resolution is 0.01 °C, and the measurement accuracy is +/-0.05 °C.

c. The working fluid flow can be adjusted from 0 to 2000L/h. The working fluid flow can be set in the display interface of the upper computer. The flow display resolution is ±0.06L/h, and the actual control accuracy requirement is ±6L/h. The accuracy of the transmitter is detailed in the instrument list, and the measurement accuracy is ±0.6L/h.

d. Flow resistance (pressure difference): The instrument of pressure difference range is: 0~100KPa, the pressure difference data needs to be displayed on the upper computer display interface, the display resolution is 0.01KPa, and the measurement accuracy is: 0.1KPa.

e. Heating power: The system lower computer calculates the heating power of the working fluid according to the formula: PowerLiq (W) = [QtyLiq x (LiqEnTmp - LiqExTmp) x avg x AvgSpHt] formula, and displays it on the display of the upper computer. The formula notes are as follows:

QtyLiq : Cooling liquid flow rate (m3/s)

LiqEnTmp : Real temperature on entry (°C)

LiqExTmp : Temperature on exit (°C)

avg : Average volumetric mass of cooling liquid (kg/m3)

AvgSpHt : Average specific heat of cooling liquid (J/°C.kg)
